Ian De Witt and Jeff Lane to speak at Asset Recovery Asia Singapore

We are delighted to announce that Insolvency and Restructuring Partner Ian De Witt and Fraud and Asset Tracing Partner Jeff Lane will both be attending and speaking at Asset Recovery Asia, held on 5 to 6 June at the InterContinental Singapore.

Ian will be speaking on the panel ‘Enforcement and Recognition — Asian perspectives’ alongside Singapore’s Francis Xavier (Regional Head, Dispute Resolution, Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP), Taiwan’s Georgia Chang (Senior Partner, Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law), and Indonesia’s Tony Budidjaja (Senior Partner, Budidjaja International Lawyers)

Jeff will be on the panel ‘Making recoveries – claims against Rogue Directors and finding Deep Pocket Defendants‘. About Ian De Witt

Co-head of Restructuring and Insolvency at Hong Kong law firm Tanner De Witt, Ian is a highly ranked and awarded insolvency lawyer and litigator. He has almost three decades’ experience within the field having worked in both London and Hong Kong firms.
