Tanner De Witt seeks a Family Associate (2-4 PQE)

Tanner De Witt’s Family Practice is seeking an enthusiastic solicitor to join their team.  This role is an opportunity for a junior lawyer to grow his or her practice within an established firm and with the support of experienced and award-winning practitioners.

 Duties and Responsibilities

 This role will involve advising on:

• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Financial remedies on divorce, including dealing with family businesses, complex trust structures and cross-border / international issues (HK, PRC, etc.)
• Disputes concerning children arrangements, including applications for leave to relocate
• Relationship breakdown of unmarried couples (with / without children)
• Domestic abuse and international child abduction
• Surrogacy and assisted reproduction

 Skills / Experience

 The ideal candidate will be working in a specialist family law firm with 2-4 PQE

• Strong case management experience and first hand exposure to high net-worth private clients (both expats and PRC)
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• An ability to interact with clients in a sensitive and professional manner and provide pragmatic solutions
• Be a team member and be ready to openly discuss any experience and challenges.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
