Zaire is an associate in our Corporate and Commercial practice. Zaire qualified in Hong Kong as a lawyer in 2020 and has extensive experience in various corporate, commercial, and banking matters acting for corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of matters such as, secured loan transactions, real estate financing and real estate M&A, shareholder and investment arrangements, reviewing different kind of transactional and commercial agreements, issuing legal opinions and ad-hoc legal advice.

Prior to joining Tanner De Witt, Zaire worked as a solicitor in the banking team in an international law firm in Hong Kong. Having obtained bachelor degrees in both City University of Hong Kong and Manchester Metropolitan University, he completed his PCLL at the University of Hong Kong. He is native in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Shanghainese and fluent in English.
