Tiffany is a Trainee Solicitor in our Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. She assists in a range of matters including bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, and general commercial litigation including fraud and shareholders’ disputes. Tiffany earned her LLB (Hons) from UCL and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Law at the City University of Hong Kong.

Before joining Tanner De Witt, she worked as a researcher for the British Institute of International and Comparative Law. Prior to that role, she was a consultant at the United Nations Multi-country office covering Samoa, Tokelau, Cook Islands and Niue. She was actively involved in projects relating to international development and international law, including climate justice, women’s rights, digitisation, as well as donor financing and resource mobilisation matters. Tiffany speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
