Phoebe is a Paralegal and currently assists the Restructuring and Insolvency practice. She completed her PCLL at the City University of Hong Kong and LLB at King’s College London. Prior to joining Tanner De Witt, Phoebe was working at a Blackstone-backed legal tech company. She is a native Cantonese and English speaker and fluent in Mandarin.
