Partner Jan Willem Möller recently moderated a Dutch Chamber of Commerce webinar on the National Security Law and related foreign sanctions. Held on 27 August, the webinar featured Mini vandePol, Head of the APAC Compliance and Investigations Group at Baker McKenzie. Mini fielded questions on the NSL’s scope and implications and the status of foreign sanctions in Hong Kong. It was a productive session for anyone wanting to learn more about this highly publicised and complicated topic.
